`SUMIFS` Function of Google Sheet Return Incorrect Result

I've tried the sumifs formula but return to incorrect result (I've checked with manual filter and sum it). Here the screenshot.



My dashboard



Formula:



=(SUMIFS(Data!$G$2:$G$48852,Data!$A$2:$A$48852,">="&Dashboard!$H$4,Data!$A$2:$A$48852,"<="&Dashboard!$H$5,Data!$B$2:$B$48852,Dashboard!E12))/60



In the picture above, I use sumifs formula that return different result with manual filter like I do in this picture below.



My data



From Data sheet, it shows the sum is 139x.xx (shown in right bottom). It is different with Dashboard result.



I'm sorry for not sharing the spreadsheet link.
