Sort.list/unlist in Kripp.Alpha
I'm fairly new to coding and am trying to run the IRR Kripp Alpha function on a nominal dataset (linked here). I ran the following function:
kripp.alpha(Expectation, method = c("nominal"))
Which returns this error: "Error in sort.list(y) : 'x' must be atomic for 'sort.list'
Have you called 'sort' on a list?"
To solve this, I ran two different methods of unlist that were suggested on other threads here and tried the Kripp Alpha again:
UnlistExp <- head(sort(unlist(Expectation), decreasing=TRUE), 3)
UnlistExp2 <- unlist(Expectation)
kripp.alpha(UnlistExp, method = c("nominal"))
kripp.alpha(UnlistExp2, method = c("nominal"))
However, running the kripp.alpha on either of the unlisted values returns this error: "Error in rep(1, dimx[2]) : invalid 'times' argument". Ultimately I just want to be able to be able to calculate the Kripp Alpha score for this dataset, but I haven't been able to find a solution looking at other threads.
