I'm having trouble with re-installing OpenCV on my virtualmachine-Debian.
In my current problem I need connectedComponents() method which comes with 3 or higher version of opencv.
I tried to purge old version, then I used git clone:
$git clone https://github.com/opencv/opencv.git
$git clone https://github.com/opencv/opencv_contrib.git
created build-directory, cmake'd it and installed, but after the installation I still get
$pkg-config --modversion opencv
2.4.9.1
And connectedComponents is still unavaliable. Would really appreciate any help!
linux opencv debian opencv3.0
