Extend the size of a geofence polygon

0

I was wondering if it is possible to add an extra "size" (30 meters i.e.) to a collection of latitude and longitude points.

I tried to add a 0.0003 decimal to these points but had no luck to keep the geofence centered.

These are the locations I am trying to extend in size.

52.37151768,4.91443286

This is what happens if I add 0.0003 to the coordinates:
Failing to keep the geofence centered

I hope somebody has an answer to my question.
Thanks in advance.
