I am using below library to convert JP2 image to JPG.

The image after conversion introduce multiple black spots. When i use online image converter (https://www.freefileconvert.com/)then it works fine.

Below is the output jpg, from code i used.

You can observe black spots around the image. I am not able to attached source JP2 file here.

Code i used is as below:

Please suggest how i can upload JP2 file.

Note: I also used an application to convert JP2 to JPG which works fine.

I also downloaded few sample images and tried converting with above code, it works perfectly.
