Matlab USB Camera Error initializing media source

I try to connect a USB Camera in Matlab. I also downloaded all Support Packages. When i try to connect the USB camera from the Webcamlist i get an error:
>> webcamlist
ans =
2×1 cell array
'Integrated Camera'
'USB Camera'
>> cam = webcam('USB Camera')
Warning: The following error was caught while executing 'matlab.webcam.internal.WebcamController' class destructor:
Dot indexing is not supported for variables of this type.
Error in matlab.webcam.internal.WebcamController/delete
Error in matlab.webcam.internal.WebcamController
Error in matlab.webcam.internal.webcamDesktop
Error in webcam (line 95)
obj.webcamImpl = matlab.webcam.internal.webcamDesktop(varargin:);

The error was that you have to allow apps to access cameras in Windows.
