Any Core Framework that Dynamically Generates CRUD Views on Startup
I'm wondering if there is any ASP.NET Core framework or library that dynamically generates CRUD views based on the model object being passed in. I'm aware of the static scaffolding that's available but I'm looking for something that doesn't just generate the view file but instead uses reflection and some sort of stored configuration in the model class (maybe via attributes) to dynamically build the CRUD views, either on application startup up or when the views are actually accessed.

Have you considered setting your@model
declaration to an interface instead? You simply call that view by name from your various controller actions, and pass in the object that implements that interface.
