Error applying addon xpaas when calling minishift start
I'm on Windows 10.
Using CDK 3.6.0-1
when calling minishift start the last line is
-- Applying addon 'xpaas':.Error during post cluster up configuration: Error executing command 'oc apply -f v#OPENSHIFT_VERSION/xpaas-streams -n openshift'.
What does it imply? How to investigate on the exact reason? How to fix it?
