Calling a .NET Framework controller from a React project
I work on a small .NET framework project which I use as a server that can retrieve a table storage from Azure and show the table's content.
This is the controller:
namespace WebApplication3.Controllers
public class GetEmailAddressesController : Controller
public ActionResult Address()
string emails = "";
// Parse the connection string and return a reference to the storage account.
CloudStorageAccount storageAccount = CloudStorageAccount.Parse("__StorageConnectionString__");
// Create the table client.
CloudTableClient tableClient = storageAccount.CreateCloudTableClient();
CloudTable table = tableClient.GetTableReference("experimentsEmailAddresses");
// Construct a table query.
TableQuery<TableData> query = new TableQuery<TableData>();
foreach (TableData entity in table.ExecuteQuery(query))
emails += entity.FullName + ";";
ViewBag.Message = " " + emails;
return View();
In parallel, I opened a React project which I use as the client.
What should be the procedure such that when I run the client, I would be able to see the output of the controller above? i.e see the Full Name from the table printed over the website.
Thanks in advance
