Azure EventGrid Publisher failure handling
lets say we publish to Azure an event! and publishing fails(someone has deleted the topic, azure went down etc..)
_client.PublishEventsAsync(TopicHostName, evnetList).GetAwaiter().GetResult();
this throws an exception http request failed..
But this:
var result = _client.PublishEventsAsync(TopicHostName, evnetList).GetAwaiter();
return result.IsCompleted =false;
any drawbacks to do the publishing validation with getAwaiter()
always checking if IsCompleted==true
?
c# azure events azure-eventgrid
