How to make url like codeigniter cms

for example, i have folder and subfolder like this
List Folder :
/first/categories/one/
/first/categories/two/
/first/categories/three/
/first/categories/four/
I Want to access the url like this
http://example.com/one/
automatically, the display generated from the url above uses the folder "/first/categories/one/"
this is like a codeigniter cms, i want to access the url without .php extensions at the end of the url.
