the performance of tensorflow distributed

0

I have trained a speech recognition network using tensorflow both on multi-gpu and distributed. but the training speed and accuracy is not same as multi-gpu at same steps. i mean if i training 2000 steps in multi-gpu version, the training speed is 350 examples/sec, however in distributed version there is 110 examples/sec bettween 1000 steps for each worker;the network is 125Mb/s, and 2 ps and 2 worker. i'm wondering how to improve the performance of distributed training.
is any issue in my code? here is my code and description.code can anybody give me some advice ?
