Spring Data JPA @Procedure how to set hibernate @Type for @Param

0

To keep it short, this DB @Procedure annotation would work:

public interface PersonRepository extends CrudRepository<Person, Long>
@Procedure(procedureName = "MOVE_TO_HISTORY")
boolean movePersonToHistory(@Param("person_id_in") int personId);

This, using a Jackson JsonNode type (my DB expects a JSON type as the input variable type), would not :

public interface PersonRepository extends CrudRepository<Person, Long>
@Procedure(procedureName = "MOVE_TO_HISTORY")
boolean movePersonToHistory(@Param("in_params_json") JsonNode personPropsJsonNode);

I work around JsonNode not being defined by the jdbc driver in the entity model by using @Type annotation, supplying a (extended from AbstractSingleColumnStandardBasicType) JsonNodeBinaryType definition:

@Type( type = "json-node")
private JsonNode params;

But the @Param annotation does not support inputting anything other than parameter's name...

Right now I use StoredProcedureQuery to make querying the DB work:

StoredProcedureQuery storedProcedure = entmanager.createStoredProcedureQuery("***")
.registerStoredProcedureParameter("in_params_json",
JsonNodeBinaryType.class , ParameterMode.IN);
storedProcedure.setParameter("in_params_json", jsonNodeParam); // - jsonNodeParam is of type JsonNode

So, the question is, is there anyway to make @Procedure annotation work with JsonNode type of parameter?
