Json and groovy with Nexus 3 for jenkins

0

We have Jenkins and nexus2 where we have been able to get a parameter that gets a NUGET versions into a list and then we choose which one we will use for installation.

Now to the problem. Nexus3 works very diffrently. I know there is Extensible choice parameter with Nexus3 but I cant get that to work for NUGET. So my thought is to use the same plugin but with Groovy.

Now how do I write a groovy script that can get a list of versions of a package?

I have tried alot of diffrent ways but end up in error.

This is working to get a json list:

curl -X GET --header 'Accept: application/json' 'http://xxxxx.utv.xxx.se:8081/service/rest/beta/components?repository=xxx_system'

This way I get out a very nice json file. But how can I do this in groovy to work with jenkins. I have tried:

def json = new JsonSlurperClassic().parseText('http://xxxxx.utv.xxx.se:8081/service/rest/beta/components?repository=xxx_system')

All i get is errors

I have also tried

def xml = "http://xxxxx.xxx.xxx.se:8081/service/rest/beta/components/search?g=xx.xxxxx.xxxxxxxx/".toURL().text
def root = new XmlParser().parseText(xml)

return root.data.artifact.collect
it.version.text()

but here it want it to be xml....and it is json.

Please help out

I cant use pipeline so no need to suggest that.
