Microsoft.Cpp.Default.props not found on VS2017-Win2016

I'm trying to build C++ project using CMake + Visual Studio on Azure DevOps, but during the execution I get the follow error:

Failed to run MSBuild command:

MSBuild.exe

to get the value of VCTargetsPath:

Build FAILED.

Sounds like a script like devenv.bat is required, but I have no idea where a I could found it.

pip install bincrafters-package-tools conan-package-tools conan
python build.py

Visual Studio 2017 14.0:

As you can see, I'm using VS2017-Win2016 image but I don't have any extra task to set my environment.

The complete log could be found here

How could I fix my environment?
