Assign permissions to git repository using TFS API
I'm currently trying to set permissions for a newly created team in the git repository.
Here's my code:
ReadOnlyCollection<SecurityNamespace> tagNameSpace = securityService.GetSecurityNamespaces();
foreach (SecurityNamespace gitRepoNamespace in tagNameSpace)
if (gitRepoNamespace.Description.DisplayName == "Git Repositories")
string repoToken = "repositories/<gitrepoID>";
gitRepoNamespace.SetPermissions(repoToken, masterTeamIdentity.Descriptor, (int)VersionedItemPermissions.All, 0, true);
When running this I get an error:
Could not find dataspace with category Git and identifier
I have confirmed the repo exists and this is its guid. Is there something I'm missing?
