Dual Bootstrap Sidebar with Angular

I am trying to create a navigation scheme similar to that found on Google play music. If you have not see in it, a primary menu is hidden behind a hamburger button and overlays the surrounding content when expanded. In addition, there is also a persistent sidebar always present with a few quick links.
I have managed to recreate the primary sidebar completely and I am quite happy with it. However, I have not been able to get the quick link sidebar to work. Its content is always overlapping with the main content window. I am using angular 6 and bootstrap 4. Any help with what I could do to resolve this is appreciated. Still very new to this!
Here are few images to help me demonstrate my issue, and what I am trying to achieve.
Layout Component
<div class="wrapper sidebar-lg" [dir]="options.direction">
<div class="app-sidebar hide-sidebar" data-active-color="white" data-background-color="white" data-image="">
<app-sidebar></app-sidebar>
</div>
<div class = "app-sidebarMinor">
<app-sidebarMinor></app-sidebarMinor>
</div>
<app-navbar></app-navbar>
<div class="main-panel">
<div class="main-content">
<div class="content-wrapper">
<div class="container-fluid">
<router-outlet></router-outlet>
</div>
</div>
</div>
<app-footer></app-footer>
</div>
</div>
