POM.xml file is not generated in jasmine-allure-reporter

I am using Protractor with jasmine framework and using allure reporter. As per official documentation pom.xml should be generated in jasmine-allure-reporter folder and that is required to convert xml file to html. Please suggest what can be the issue. (I do not want to use command line tool).
