- I create an R jupyter-notebook (with Anaconda)
- I review it, it looks great, etc.
- I upload it to Github
- And then when I go to Github to take a look at it, i see this annoying horizontal bar below certain lines
- It doesn't seem to happen whenever its an image (like printing out a graph or plot), usually when i print out some random command or print(df) or something like that.
I have included some sample images. Any help would be appreciated.
Not to muddle the question, but I swear it doesn't seem to happen when i create a python jupyter notebook and upload to Github...
if you want to see the actual latest R notebook that i uploaded and exhibits this behavior, here it is:
https://github.com/TomBresee/R/blob/master/R_000401.ipynb
r jupyter-notebook
