ArUco library Installation (AVA Group version)

I am going to compile the AVA Group's ArUco library in my computer.
I downloaded the dictionary from the below link:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/aruco/



But during compilation with cmake in visual studio 2017 in windows 10 and also in ubuntu i get this errors:

Can anybody help me with this problem?
