How to display a IO “table” in Windows Forms

I'm working on a Windows Form Application and I would like to do a table like the one below in which I will have 2 read-only columns and one Input column in which the user will input some values and I will use them with a formula to calculate some output values, and then display them.

Either a datagridview or building your own custom control.
