Installing tensorflow in python 64 bit env when I also have 32-bit installed

I am required to have a 32-bit python for a package (https://root.cern.ch/)
However, I need to install tensorflow and that requires python 64.
How do I install both versions of python and then install tensorflow (CPU) in the 64-bit version?



I followed https://medium.com/@as_w/how-to-run-python-64bit-and-32bit-side-by-side-on-windows-da577d9c436b for installing the two different python versions(64,32)
