ACF - related posts based on ACF text field

I have a problem regarding ACF and a query for an ACF text field:
inside this field (its not a relationship field just a simple text field) I have stored the names of countries.



How can I display all posts that have the same country field as a list for example underneath the post I am vieving at the moment ?



I only have found sollutions for relationship fields. I hope you can help me.
