Parse Date from Nanoseconds

0

In C# I have the following code:

new DateTime(long.parse('636670368000000000')) => 13.07.2018
reference: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.datetime.-ctor?view=netframework-4.7.2#System_DateTime__ctor_System_Int64_

Now I try to parse the same Timestamp in Python:

datetime.datetime.fromtimestamp(636670368000000000) => Value too large for defined data type

also when I e.g try:

datetime.datetime.fromtimestamp(63667036800) => datetime.datetime(3987, 7, 13, 0, 0)

It returns the wrong datetime. How should I parse this timestamp correclty? Thanks
