Angular 5 Edit the form based on the selected value
I have a form and I would like that according to the value which one selects the form is modified example:
Basic form:
Name
First name
List: A, B, C
If A is selected, it displays the date of birth to be completed
If B is selected it displays the address to fill but not the date of birth
And so on
(My example is not that of my case which is complex to explain)
Here is an example code with A, B and C with D that should appear if A is selected.
<div class="div-champs">
<p id="champs">Type
<span id="required">*</span>
</p>
<div class="select-style ">
<select formControlName="type" name="type">
<option>A</option>
<option>B</option>
<option>C</option>
</select>
</div>
</div>
<p id="champs">D
<input type="text" class="form-control" name="d" formControlName="d">
</p>
Do you know a simple way to solve this problem?
I do not know where I should put my conditions (if I have them in the html with script tags or in the component, but it seems strange to me because the component connects and just sends the information in the back of the application.
Thanks in advance for your feedback
Regards,
Valentin
