Update Firmware DataLogic Memor via Windows 10 Host [closed]

I have a few DataLogic Memor devices ( http://www.datalogic.com/eng/support/memor-spd-138.html ) and I want to use their WiFi capabilities.
The current image (Windows CE 5.0) doesn't seem to have the WiFi tools, so I want to update the device to the latest image available, which is a Windows Mobile 6.1 image. The FirmWare update consists of a 'DUPdate.bin' and 'DUPDEX_Run.exe' file, and the .exe won't run on Windows 10.
Any idea for an alternative way to update the device?
I tried the 'Alladin' tool, but it doesn't recognise the device (seems to be for newer models).
Thanks in advance,
Nick.
