These are quite great ways to build readership.Social media really helps to build up blog readership. But facebook seems to be the leader here. Google+ is hardly as engaging as facebook is.
The use of premium email software like aweber is nice; but the reason a lot of people go for other alternatives like mailchimp is because mailchimp allows you to build up to 2000 names for free, whereas aweber makes you start paying from day 1.
